Ramsus runs the compendium with Z. He is a programmer/web designer, so his job is doing that sort of thing since he manages the server and general upkeep of the website. Also, he's an artist and draws/animates from time to time.

He copy the name Kahran Ramsus from Xenogear,
or if you mean the sound come from other web, I dunno.

Actually, I manually revived the old one. Notice I'm still user ID number 1.
