Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.
I played Chrono Trigger first for the SNES around the time when Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy IX came out. Then, later on, months or years later (I think), I had played Chrono Cross. Unfortunately, I have never played Radical Dreamers.
-
I played Chrono Trigger as soon as it came out (70$ here in the US at the time...heck, it still is 70$ here o_O), Chrono Cross as soon as it came out, then Radical Dreamers as soon as it was translated.
Radical Dreamers isn't so bad, it is a text adventure, but with graphics, sounds and other bells and whistles.

My case: Chrono Trigger, Radical Dreamers, Chrono Cross
But there are no options for people who have played only Radical Dreamers, or Radical Dreamers and only one of the other games! You minority-squelcher, you!

Trigger when it was released, Cross right now. I most likely will play RD sometime, but I want to play Cross first, since it techinically is the real storyline. I don't wanna get anything mixed up between the two games.

Technically? CC starts off after the Fall. Which isn't necessarilly the CT timeline...Both games are basically (and/or technically) spin-offs.

Touche, well I have Cross now, so I will play that first.

Only Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross (in that order), i've never touched Radical Dreamers, only for the fact that, even thought it might be considered a REAL Chrono game, i don't really have a favor to it. Chrono Trigger, without a doubt, owns all of the games though. Chrono Cross..ehh it was great, but not absolute. Chrono Trigger WILL always be the best game. Burn all of those who say "DOWN WITH ZEAL" (JAY KAY)

For me, it was Chrono Trigger, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Chrono Cross, Chrono Cross, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and then Chrono Cross. I really need to get a life.

Chrono Cross, Chrono Cross,Chrono Trigger.

It was Chrono Trigger, Chrono Trigger new game +, and then.... Chrono Cross. :P
-
Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and as soon as I have some serious free time to devote, Radical Dreamers.

CT, CC, RD :)

Considering CC overrode just about everything in RD, I don't consider RD a real part of the Chrono series (especially if most of us never even knew about this game until AFTER CC was released). Now I know there's a patch for RD now, but overall, I still have no raging desire to play the game.
Anyway, with that said......
I did play CT first (probably about a year or two after its release though...) and from the moment I turned that game on the first time I played it, it was extremely hard to get me to put the controller down. Of course, I still had a million and one questions on what had happened regarding parts of the CT story. Now when I played CC, I got a lot of them, but CC has just opened me up to even more questions. Whether I (or any of us for that matter) will get to find answers on those questions, I don't know if I will or if I'll just have to decide/theorize on what happened....
