Uh...WHAT!? I just have to shout a big "WTF" when I read things like this. Just wanted to let y'all know that our world is going down the tubes. But you already knew that. Have a nice day.

PS: Other news sources have reported this story, though I must admit I haven't seen it on "mainstream" news sources like CNN, Fox, or MSNBC. The story is so outrageous to me that I have to pause and actually question its authenticity for a second. It seems legit from what I can tell.

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but it appears that this is a document prepared by individuals no longer in their respective country's militaries. This would seem important as they are private citizens urging these changes, not government figures. If this story is more than a hoax or misunderstanding, at least the document is far from cannon.
