Title: Character Request

I need one more character for my project, but I can't think of one here are my requirements:

        1. Water Element
        2. Has a good (not too deep but deep) story line (If you can't think of one don't worry just do the rest)
        3. This isn't really a requirement but I'd prefer him to be funny or like a cute character

If you could do this that would be GREAT!

Not trying to be rude to anyone or the Compendium, but I really wouldn't post that much here.  Only like 20-30 people are active out of over 1000...Which is kind of depressing.  Even if you post something, it'll either take like 1-2 weeks to respond or even a month.
