I had Distortion planned as a project after I completed my current RPG Maker project. I'll most likely be working on it again eventually, but it'll be some time.
I sure as hell can't let it go to waste, as I had some awesome ideas for that game.
About Resurrection, I wonder what it would've been like, completed? Such a shame to see it shut down.

Agreed, about both of the remake projects. And, whichever project that was going to recreate Chrono Trigger within the Morrowind engine. That would have RULED. Hands down...

Chrono Distortion actually looked pretty damn good on the Crisis forums...such a shame it was abandoned.

I still think there should be another Project ZEAL-like project within the Compendium...perhaps something w/less ambition though? Anyways...it's always a damn shame to see fan projects hit the dust...

Oh, about that: the one you see on Crisis forums isn't mine. Ryan WMD started that one, and I let him use the name of my ditched project idea. I was helping him with it until he sorta semi-disappeared from the net. Due to his lack of a current connection, I have no idea how the project is going.

1. Chrono Crisis: I am upset they are not going anywhre and not telling anybody why or what's happening. If anyone asks on that forum they get "chewed off" which is a rather nice way to put it. Any ideas?
2. If CTR is the one that was suppose to be 3D with add on stuff then I think it was beyond wrong (for the lack of a better word) for Squaresoft to shut them down like that since no money was being made off of it.
I almost hope God punishes them (Squaresoft) but that won't solve anything. :(

Yes, there is no news with Crisis. It wouldn't hurt if they could at least say they're still working on it.

I've seen people ask their if it's being worked on but they usually get chewed out so I don't know what's happening.

Yeah, I've sort of given up on Chrono Crisis due to the reasons that have already have been mentioned. When it gets released, awesome. But until then I'm pushing it out of my mind.

I am sorry you don't work on it anymore. What did you do on the project?
Can you direct me to where the reasons are mentioned so I can look it up? I like researching things so I am not asking a whole lot from you just a simple pointer. Thanks for answering and not chewing my head off so far. I really appriciate it. :D

I think the Crisis Team is probably doing the right thing by sort of letting the wind out of the sails news-wise. It can't be healthy for project development if they've got a bunch of fans constantly asking for updates, and they spend all their energy responding to those requests. I wouldn't be surprised if CCrisis' development speed has actually picked up lately.

Thanks for the answer. If this were asked on the actual forum I would've gotten flamed and I know wha t I am talking about too.
Guess if they like to be secretive it's their choice. If people stop joining the forums cause the fans think the project is dead then that's their delimma.
