Our project is going slowly, but very steady at the moment. :D  Only problem is, we need more members to help.  Currently, Vargose and I are doing most of the work.  We need nightmare, bluethunder, and kazuki to get in gear and help out.  They probably still have school until the end of the month or so, so I can understand that. 

Ignore these XD!  Something i'm working on at school.

Yea, i've been falling behind with my school work.  Our schedule at school has been out of whack for the past month so I really have no clue when my classes are anymore and we're getting homework not knowing if it's due the next or the next week or anything. =/

PS: Kinda slow project atm.  School work of course.  I've been trying to work on editing the domes again, but the damn bugger's palettes are always messed up and I can't seem to get it to work.

PSS: I think I have a way for it to work but I have to do it when I get home.  If it does work AND IF I REMEMBER (-_____-) i'll post a screeny up.

Edit: None of you knew except Shane that ther were alot of corruptions in the rom.  Graphics were scrambled, End of Time was buggy, Tech graphics were screwed up.  All of that has been fixed.

There's alot of problems with the current rom I am using, so I'm going to export everything out.  Maps that we changed, sprites etc.  I'm going to import them into a fresh rom so nothing is screwed up.

Alrighty.  I decided to reimport everything again into a fresh CT rom.  I tracked down the corruption of the Black Omen, which was the damn tiles for Blackbird 2 (2CA8B4).  I'm going to try to see if I can import the 1999 Blank tiles without the rom screwing up.

Edit: Nope, it still f's up.  I'm probably going to have to import the stuff to an empty space in the rom and work on it.  I'm probably going to end up just saying screw the sprites for now and work on the actual exits and mapping of everything.

I'm trying to flesh those out but I have to figure out the stupid 3 pointer header for them and move them to empty space because adding anything to it will corrupt an area or the rom.

AH HA!  I found the location pointers for Blackbird!  I tested it out and put random overworld graphics in there to see if it works and it did!!  And I even checked the Black Omen and there is no corruption :]  I'll have to insert these tiles into a whole new empty space because of the overworld sprites taking it's place but it's a great step further.

Edit: Alrighty then. I've confirmed my theory so i'm going to import new crap into blackbird.  Then if I get that successful, i'll import new domes into another area (If possible) then i'll send you the IPS Patch's for em.

Blah...Give me another couple days to get the whole tilesets and crap setup.  Apparently Blackbird tileset 1,3,4 = corrupt rom when reimported.  Didn't know that till today.  I also have to rework the menu cause when I was hex editing it to see what I could do, I accidentally somehow made part of it transparent in another slot >_>

OH FOR GODS SAKE!  Every single overworld except for 1000 and 600 AD are corrupted.  They map loads up fine but when you try to land, the game freezes.  God dammit =/  Time to reimport again.

Well this utterly fucking pisses me off.  For some reason the rom corrupted itself and then all 10 back-ups of the rom became corrupted as well.  Hopefully my other back-ups that I haven't touched aren't destroyed because if so we're going to have to start this whole shit from scratch AGAIN.

Edit: MMk...I Found a back-up but I have to reimport Arris and Schala's sprites, along with the new font.  -sigh-...This shit is annoying.

Edit 2: Ok, everything's back in order as I can see atm.  Arris's Colors seemed to fix themselves as well, so her breasts outline no longer go transparent.

Ok, I just finally got in contact with Cheyne (TheOutlaw), and apparently he's having alot of trouble atm.  He lives in Southern California and well...His house burnt down from the damn fires.  No lives were lost in his family but there were a total of 7 deaths from what he's heard.  He's doing okay, basically the only thing he misses is his guitar though XD.  Just here to clarify that.

Sorry for not putting much progress into this.  We've been really hitting the 8th character and 6th letter hard lately.  (Which both of them are almost accomplished =] )  I've been updating sprites here and there for characters, most notably Schala's side-view.

Alright.  Progress should be starting to flow back to normal speed soon.  The 6th letter is pretty much 99% done.  Only issue is the battle.  Once that's fixed, i'll update the IPS patch and release it.

The 8th character is very close to being done.

Issues
=======================
1) Techs
2) MAIN Menu Exchange
3) Weapon = Armor
4) Attack = Provoke
5) A certain level destroys his/her stats and completely nulls them.
6) If your running around on the map, and have 8th character in party, then switch it for someone else, it'll run off map forever.
7) If you switch the 8th char into slot 1, you won't be able to move, even if you switch back.
8) Since the 8th character patch, you cannot use the 6 letter names as I think some data was misscopied or something...If you try to add the 6th letter on anyone's name, it'll bump over to the next PC and copy the letter over that.

It's getting more difficult to work on this because of the fact on how much we're expanding on CT.  We keep finding new things and literally breaking the limits and adding them in.  'Tis almost hard to keep up with this.  Plus on the other hand, I'm learning new knowledge on what we can do and I've expanded my mind on how everything works a bit more.  So features that we wanted should be easy to add.

From how much we've been expanding on CT, Time's Illusion is pretty much an easy get-up and go project now.  I'm thinking of working up the first few events to introduce how the game would start and the very first major event scene as a trailer and/or a slight preview of what the game would be like.  But even then, that would take quite awhile because of having to sprite a futuristic looking guard along with a bunch of new sprite implementations and a load of other things as well.

I'll probably be putting up regular status updates and what not.

I just completely moved everything over into a fresh rom and fixed a few sprites here and there.  Coloring is also slightly changed and the menu is back to normal except the background tiles, forgot where the palette is and will change that later.  I'm really looking at the characters again and I'm definitely going to redesign most of the cast..

Guile - Maybe some different colors, this is just too bland
Arris - Perfect, no changes needed.  She's bright and vibrant which is really nice to see
Layla - I like this actually, I might change her hair to gray, but I'll definitely keep it as it is.
Damien - He needs a complete rehaul
Schala - Maybe a few changes here and there to make it look different.  Possibly some color lighting as she's a little dark
Slash - ...Rather unique.  I'm not really sure what to do with this one.
Tata - I like this design but it really needs a lot of changes to work.

Idk if I posted it, but I might have possibly gotten a concept artist to help chug the characters along.  Plus, I'm reworking on doing super sprites again so I can get more portraits done.  I'm also doing that because I'm definitely going to help Chrono Crisis along as well.  So it'll be a pretty tight schedule to work on things, but it'll manage.

I'm going to be re-arranging all the topics and deleting irrelevant posts and stuff to clean it up.

Also on other news, I'm starting to work on outlining the code a little bit.  Schala's Shrine is the first event area I'm testing and cleaning up because it's one of the only few tilesets in Guile's era that isn't changing.  So with that, I'll probably outline Guile's area a bit and then work on that.  I'm thinking about posting in the Kajar Labs another recruitment session but I think we'll need to do some outlines and things on characters first.
