I'm 99.9% through with the Cross encyclopedia, but I must understand what this stat means.

Sorry, I have no idea with that second one, the kanji are too small for me to effectively use a kanji dictionary, and too complex and unusual for me to recognise. I'll try asking a friend, but I can't promise much.

Zeality, can you not get a better scan than that? I can tell you what the first four characters are, but the last two, though I can make out most of it, are unclear enough in the exact radical that I would need a better picture.
But anyway, the first four are:
異常　 持続
i jou   ji zoku
'ijou' means abnormal, like 'abnormally hot weather/big snowfall' etc
'jizoku' essentially means durable.
I don't know enough about the mechanics of Chrono Cross to tell you what stat that is though.
