Title: Would you be interested in filling out this form for 25 years of Chrono Trigger?

As some of you may no, but likely not, I run a YouTube channel which is basically a bunch of Chrono Trigger remix extensions/compilations, backups of CT albums I've bought, and some other CT related stuff. March 11th, the date Chrono Trigger was first released in Japan, is fast approaching.
So to celebrate, and as part of my celebratory video, I'd love it if you could fill out this form about your opinions of Chrono Trigger, it's characters, areas, and music!

Oh, I don't think I was able to participate in that questionnaire. Don't remember taking it, at least.

Anyway, interesting to see those results, however.
