I noticed some pages on the Compendium encylopedia are occasionally disappearing. Links sometimes lead to a dead end, giving the message:
Page not found
The page you were looking for could not be found.
Refreshing the page a few times may bring it back, so I don't think the links are dead, completely. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had the same experience yesterday while looking over some stuff. I thought it was just my internet...
-
Had that happened yesterday as well. Since it only happened once, I thought it was just a one-time thing. Had yet to visit the encyclopedia today.
-
It's been a completely random issue for me. Sometimes I'll click a link and be fine, go back to look at something else, come back to the first link and it goes 404.
I figured there were some mass edits going on or something, but since I haven't been around in years I got no clue.

We're aware now (Ramsus will investigate his next batch of free time).
Until then, use this format as a workaround:

For example,

-
Makes you wonder where those doujins are, just waiting to be scanned after twenty plus years.
-
MediaWiki's JSON rendering API keeps returning 500 errors on certain pages. All of the custom themed pages use that API to render their content.
I haven't had time to investigate further.

Mt. Woe (https://www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Mt._Woe.html) seems to be consistently giving Page not Found messages for me.
-
Plus the regularly occurring 502 errors. I've had them two out of the past three days or so.
-
The pages that were previously disappearing should be appearing now. Try hard refreshing a few times and then post a report here in this thread if they don't.

This one is acting the same.

The other day the whole server gave that, I thought it died!
-
I'd say we're about due for a complete upgrade of everything the site is running on, but I won't have the time until maybe this fall.
-
I'm impressed and very glad to know of your commitment to the upkeep of this site after all these years. Thank you.
-
So the only forum that I'm noticing that I'm missing is the Dreamsplash one. If anyone could help me with that I would appreciate it!
Thank you! I missed you guys!

It may be collapsed and you have to hit the little plus/minus sign on the upper right. I couldn't find it either just now and that was ultimately the culprit. :)

Indeed it was!! Thank you!!
