The stills and screenshots do not do this video justice. The animation is incredible.

Saw this last night, was very impressed with their vision.

I dig this. Not at all what I would have envisioned, but quality nevertheless.
My question is -- what's that with Lucca? I see that she is carrying a robot on her back, and it appears she's gotten thicc since we last saw her. I also noticed that in some scenes her glasses (or glass) only covers one eye.
All in all, very awesome concept. Makes me sort of sad that it is just that, a fun concept not going anywhere...

Its cool, I like the effort. I may be one of the few who thinks the N64 is one of the worst graphic wise consoles ever, even worse than the original NES at times. The background is detailed, so much so that it makes it tricky to tell which are the characters and whats the background (specially when the background animates a lot.)
What IS this animation style called? It reminds of that crummy sequel to Team Fortress Classic, like someone updated the graphics and stuff and said "max colors equals 32, enter". thats the vibe i get from these pictures, yeah like the pixels are sharper but its a bit cartoonier than the SNES original CT release, and I think I like the SNES graphics a bit better. My biggest CC complaint was that if it had any real contiguity with CT, the graphics were changed so much, you couldn't tell.

I was blown away by this! I loved everything about it! Personally I think it would work better as a spiritual successor, or a game that takes place in the same world, rather than a sequel...none the less it's impressive work. I would love to see this continued and fleshed out into it's own game!

Great pixel work by Im5on! The backgrounds kind of look like they were painted instead of done through pixel art, but nope, it's all pixeled.
Making a full game like this would be pretty hard I imagine, so it was smart of him to keep it as a mock-up trailer.
