(moved)

Oh holy smokes. Thank you for this.
-
Sweet. I need this for 'something' I've been putting off for a LONG time...
-
Updates:
Itemizer: Restored save logic, added weapon palette index selection.
Warrior Workshop: Allowed for scrolling in instances where items were drawn beyond Temporal Flux's window.
-
Ten thumbs up for the man, the legend -- Mauron!

*Nice Guy Pose* :lee:
-
Sweet, bye bye chrono trigger editor companion.
-
Itemizer's update was delayed because I was trying to get a control that would display the palette instead of just the index. I may add some kind of display to show the selected palette elsewhere.
-
I haven't tried it out yet, are you saying this version allows you to change weapon palettes?
-
Yeah. There's an option on the weapon grid for the weapon palette that's currently numerical only.
-
Which program you use these "editors"?
-
Drop the dll in your Temporal Flux directory. They'll be available from the plugins menu.
Itemizer: Fixed update issue with property grid hex values.
-
Just tested the new warrior workshop and the tech points to next tech section will not allow you to enter numbers higher than 100
-
Warrior Workshop: Fixed a long standing issue where tech point goals could not be set above 100.
-
Inventory Manager: Attempt to fix an issue with shop data corrupting when saving.
-
Fiendcrafter: - Changed Hit Effect to attack 2 index.
- Added support for nameless enemies 0xFB-0xFF.
- Fiendcrafter now shares the current attack 2 index to Hi-Tech.
-
Fiendcrafter:
- Split sprite size box into sprite size, primary enemy, and unknown flags. Other enemies will follow the movement of a primary enemy (see the two part mutants for an example.
- Added a 65535 HP hack. This should work fine, but if there are any issues you can uncheck the box to roll it back.
- Added support for 8 characters with the "Any monster can be uncompressed" hack. This assumes that the 8th character will be graphics packet 7.
- Simplified some code.
-
Fiendcrafter: Fixed a bug with the application of the 65535 HP hack. If this applies to you, uncheck and recheck the box to reapply it.
-
Fiendcrafter: Removed "everyone is immortal" feature of HP hack. If you would like to remove this from your current ROM, check and uncheck the box.
-
Fiendcrafter:
- Fixed issue with HP display and hexadecimal settings.
- Added support for Hi-Tech.ini setting TotalEnemyAttackControlHeaders (To be added in the next Hi-Tech release).
- Fixed issue with absorbed damage in HP limit hack. If you've applied this, check and uncheck the box.
-
Great work on these. Though new versions will probably be out before I get back into modding.
-
I'm hoping these will reach a stable point where I don't need to update them anymore.
Itemizer:
- Added a display for whether or not a random value will be added to healing items.
- Updated display for healing items total.
- Added a hack to replace the hardcoded 10 for MP healing items with healing multiplier 2.
-
Ahhh I've been gone too long! This rocks!
-
Nice an useful topic thanks

-
Fiendcrafter:
- Unknown 3 is now positive status 1 (unused or ignored by enemies).
- Unknown 5 is now unused 5.
- Unknown 8 is now Stamina. This is used in poison, but not defense.
- Positive status 1 is now positive status 2.
- Positive status 2 is now positive status 3.
- 0x14 bits is now Tech Immunities. Most descriptions were changed.
- 0x15 bits is now Special Flags and Types.
- Unknown 15.04 is now Type: Tyranno (?). This and other (?) types are a best guess that cannot be confirmed by in game data, since they are never referenced.
Itemizer:
- Updated descriptions of status effecting accessories, confirming unused bits.
- Status affecting accessories now display the correct status labels the first time.
-
Itemizer:
- "Random {Status} on {Type}" now displays as "80% {Status} on {Type}"
- Unknown 0C now displays as "{value}% chance to steal charm item." This will probably not work on weapons.
- Unknown 0D now displays as "9999 Damage and clear negative status and unknown/unused flags", "9999 Damage", "Clear negative status and unknown/unused flags", or "Command 0D - No flags set". The 9999 was probably an incomplete "restore max HP command, based on the code."
-
Friendcrafter: Removed "Move Percent Up By 2" checkbox, replaced with 1% option in dropdown.
-
Fiendcrafter: Fixed crash that could occur when the text of ComboBoxes was changed.
-
Warrior Workshop: Fixed multiple errors with autocalculate options.
-
Hey. Just messing with the "points to next Tech" section of Warrior Workshop. Not sure why but it won't let me set any value that's over 100. Am I missing something?
-
I thought I fixed that ages ago.
I'll have a fix up tomorrow.
-
Mauron... Did you forget?
-
No, just ran into a second issue that's taking longer to fix.
-
Warrior Workshop:
- Fixed tech points to next tech saving error.
- Fixed issue with DataGrids (exp and tech point goal things) saving hexadecimal values incorrectly.
- Fixed jumpy menu items on reopened windows.
-
Yay! Thank you as always!

Mauron is too good to us <3
-
No joke. I would've never gotten anywhere without Mauron's guidance.
:o <- This Nu is saying, "We're not worthy!"
-
I'm going to formally put the existing versions on our static host (with a note on the Modification page linking to this thread in case a minor fix is posted), but I just wanted to confirm -- you've just been adding the fixes to the original couple posts starting this topic? (So I'll grab them from there)
-
Yeah, that's what I've been doing. I'm probably going to need to replace the topic once I exceed 8 plugins, since I didn't reserve enough posts.
-
Added Attractive Battler (also a Dream Splash submission), and moved NPCustom to post 2.
-
Can you explain attractive battler more? Also a request, is it possible to add the option to edit weapon sounds to itemizer?
-
If you watch the intro, you'll get to a scene were Frog and Crono use X-Strike on Flea, another where Crono and Marle use Ice Sword on Zombor, and a third where Frog uses Frog Squash on a bunch of enemies.
Attractive Battler allows you to edit the techs or items used in those scenes, allowing up to 3 per fight.
I found the relevant data for weapon sounds. I can stick it in.
-
Awesome
-
Very, very cool!!! :)
-
Itemizer: Added Weapon sound selection support, removed some old code.
-
Awesome, autogun is getting the machine gun sound effect.
-
Itemizer sounds work great
-
And here I thought I was getting a bug report. :P Glad it's helpful.
-
Itemizer: Weapon palettes now display the colors used.
I can't do anything about the display difference between the currently selected palette and the dropdown palette listing. I'm forced to fit the current one in a 20x13 box.
-
What does the weapon pallet affect for Marle and Lucca? Is it the projectile?
-
It's the colors of the bow or gun. The projectile can be changed in the appropriate weapon's Graphics Header in Hi-Tech.
-
Hey guys, pretty awesome work here :)
I was wondering if there's a way to make accessory with magic resistance (like a ring with the R'bow Helm status?)
I've been trying for a little while to make acc. with other status table. but it seems to be limited.
I know certain set of data for Weapon/helm/armor comes in 6 byte, while accessory only come in 4. one of the two byte missing is the pointer to that table (like R'bow helm point to 50% light reduce)! Any help would be greatt :D
-
You can add a stat boost to accessories, but not an elemental defense boost.
For the stat boost, choose the accessory you want, and set effects stats to true, and effects status and effects counter to false. The list will then show possible stat boost.
-
Itemizer: Added Weapon sound selection support, removed some old code.
Sweet. I hope to look at this later this weekend.
I just got a new (gaming) laptop (no more pos computers, lol) so I'm trying to get back into that youtube video series. Hopefully, in a week or so.

Glad to hear about the upgrade.
-
Going to get back into editing, where is the best place for download the most recent Temporal Flux version? Could we have a link provided at the start of this thread?

You can either get it from Geiger's site (http://geigercount.net/crypt/) or the Modification section of the encyclopedia.
