Some screenshots. (http://imgur.com/a/uR8VX)
Not much to say. It was based on Demiforce's RD script dump. Graphics and sounds are mostly game rips.
** Open with a webkit based browser. I recommend using google chrome because I developed it using it. Other browsers will or will not have graphics glitches, I'm not sure. It is because some backgrounds are using advanced blending features, and most browsers don't have them.
** If you want to open it using your phone, the sounds are off by default. Because html5 can only play one sound at a time on a mobile device, you need to give up either bgm or sfx.
** Save and load are high experimental but you should be able to finish the game. Some backgrounds are not saved but the text part should be correct.

Amazing port!
About the loop, what about RPG Maker-style (http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/10987-make-looping-bgm-part-1-ogg-vorbis/) (uses ID3 tags within the file)? Or even writing these tags on JSON instead?

Interesting. Though I doubt html5's audio player can recognize those tags.

Indeed. I dont know if this (https://github.com/RSamaium/RPG-JS) could reproduce BGMs in loop. If yes, you can check.

I think it needs flash. It is not a problem on pc, but the audio problems are mostly on mobile devices. My version already has the looping feature, though there is a slight lag, if you listen carefully.
Edit*
RPG-js is using sound manager 2 (http://www.schillmania.com/projects/soundmanager2/).

Today I found some unsolved codes in demiforce's script dump.
So I had to manually edit the script file otherwise the results would be incorrect.
Because this is not an emulator, I have to know what the codes really do.

This is awesome, thanks for sharing utunnels! I'm not sure how many operating systems were compatible with the major SNES emulators, so this is a great opportunity for people who haven't been able to experience Radical Dreamers before.

Ahh! This is great! I can finally play RD! mwahahahaha! :D Great job!

Here's the latest backup, with music and sound. And it will probably be the last offline version, because I've changed the code.

I moved the online version to google cloud platform to see how well it works.

Great work. Reminds me of that group of french romhackers working on their version of RD, which has been stopped some years.

https://www.google.com/#newwindow=1&safe=off&q=javascript+spc+music+player
Did a google search and found there are already working spc/psf players written in javascript.
So maybe it is possible to remove those huge mp3 files.
Currently, it is just an idea.

I have tried cosinusoidally's JavaScript SNES SPC music player on github (https://github.com/cosinusoidally/snes_spc_js) and it works (with some hack though).
The only problem is the lag on a slower cpu (for example, some mobile phones).

Maybe I can try some spc files from CT, for example Schala's theme.

Oh snizzap, I come back to CC to find a thing and I see utunnels with the web awesomeness!

Not sure if this is the right place to bring this up, but was there ever any headway in regards to recreating RD into a non-script based game?

Not i know...
