Title: New Chrono Trigger Developer Interview Discovered

Courtesy of GaijinPunch at the ASSEMbly forums (and by extension, GlitterBerri who let me know about it, and monokoma from Unseen64 who told her), we've acquired scans of a Chrono Trigger developer interview from the Japanese magazine Gamest. That magazine primarily covered arcade games, so it's a true wonder that they produced five pages of interviews. It's not a straight Dream Team interview either; in fact, there are some other personnel represented, like...MASATO KATO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6uKc6gAoK0)!! Hell yeah, we've got more words from the master to look forward to. You can find the scans here (http://www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Chrono_Trigger_Gamest_Coverage.html). You can't actually read them because they need to be translated. But we can pretend that they contain massive, awesome secrets about Chrono Trigger's development and plot. And to round out this small update (since my avatar creates white space on the front page), here's a couple under-represented YTPs.

Edit: Aaand, Glitter and my own registration attempts at ASSEMbler have been doubly, inexplicably turned down, so any help on determining what issue this was (and its publication date) would be appreciated.

Oooh, looks groovy! Any idea what year the interview took place? Looks like all the screens are from the final version or a late beta; I wonder if they asked Kato whether he had any future ideas for the series at that point.

Do we know when this is from? I lightly scanned the pages but didn't find anything. I assume it's circa 1995, right?
