You must've heard me make this reference so many times. Well now I'm actually doing it.
Here is the first in a line of "screenshots" from Chrono Cuddly, the "game" of Chrono Trigger if everyone were pandas.

Crono loves his Spincut. Link I just had to do considering the way the picture looked.
yes, I know it's not THAT great but I needed to do at least one so I could focus and not just have this be another idea I had but never did. I made this in about 5 minutes. Crono's hair was a pain to put on and look good. It's still very far from great let alone perfect but, it's the first!
Whaddya think of the "game" so far?

I do not know how to make a game sadly. If I did, I would totally do it though. Put it up somewhere where everyone can play. Even if it were just a single level, still worth it.
Edit: yes, I know this one goes against Chrono logic but with the picture, it has to be done.

I'm almost finished with my first sprite! I'll probably get it done later today so check for the all new Panda Crono!
This really now that others are doing stuff too makes me want to work on it!

I would do this myself, but... I can't get rid of the fuzz around Janus and Schala's hair. It would be super super cute, though.

Why is that girl so uncomfortable sitting next to Cronopanda? And those sprites make it look like Crono's in some kind of reverse-blackface or something...>_> Anyways...cool...!...? :S

It's the sprite sheet for Crono the Panda! Not sure who should be next.
Not Frog or Robo since, well, Robo's a robot and Frog was changed from human to frog so wouldn't he be panda to frog? I'm thinking either Magus or Marle. Although we still don't know where Marle is (see an earlier post on first page) so I'm thinking Magus wins! Then there can be a battle video!

I have to admit that this has taken off to heights that I never expected. Ladies and gentlemen, a Crono Panda spritesheet exists. The....the....the possibilites are endless.

Yeah, and soon there will be a patch to download that changes the sprites from normal to panda.

Ha, that would be great. I would play it.
Though if you want to put it in the game, you have to change the colours of the panda face. The whole sprite can only have 12 colours (plus three for the weapon, and 1 transparency)

But anyone willing to take up the cause(even 1 level is fine) then I'm game to help however I can! You name the sprite, I dish it!
My main goal is a short video. I just need Crono's opponent...(the possibilities)
And most likely Magus will be done too.

I know it's been awhile but I haven't had the time. Also when making it I decided to go for shorter. 10 minutes would've been too much. This one already uses 100 clips! 10 minutes would've been too much. But still, it's something! When I start a project no matter what I finish it!

There it is! By the way, fi you bother with the profile, it belongs to a friend of mine. No way I'd put it or anything else on my own and blow my identity. BWA HA HA! But yeah, he attempted a Chrono Comic. If you want to give a check go right ahead. Honestly, he's willing to give it up to someone else if anyone's interested. Watch out though, inappropriate humor lies within it. That's the main reason I didn't take it over. Not my style, would've been completely revamped and the few fans it had probably wouldn't have liked how changed it was. Yeah, it was a Tripod website, still around!
Onthe topic at hand however, any thoughts? First stop motion. Gave it my best!

Even more! I'm seeing that more and more of us are doing it, and it seems to be simple now for all. As the original, I didn't want to feel slacking, so to maybe set the bar a little higher(possibly?)I put A LOT more effort into these. For those that know the routine, and want to do this but are too lazy to rip Crono's hair I grabbed it and kept it alone in PNG format so you can easily grab it and just slap it on for an instant easy pic.

This one was already such a nice picture I didn't know what to do to it without ruining it. So I grabbed a very simple rip of Marle's hair from the title cover. Yes, that's right, a SERIOUS picture! Chrono The Panda is reaching new levels all over with this post and onward.

This is also what I meant by working harder. Average picture takes 5-15 minutes. This one here took me a whole hour. Yes, I wasted an hour making this picture. Had to scrap and restart multiple times to get everything JUST RIGHT. I am very happy with this end result. And I ain't buggin about that! :lol:

This took me 40 something minutes. It looks a lo simpler, but there are plenty of microscopic details I spent a lot of time and frustration and screaming at my computer making. Namely getting the grass and pine trees JUST around the sword, hair, etc. It was tough figuring Panda Crono's equipment as well how to fit that on him(keep in mind, I only have Paint, so I don't have all your fancy rotating abilities, I can turn, thats it!).
And YES! That's right, I'm now making commentary on the art behind Panda Chrono as well. Like I said, this is reaching new heights of epicness/hilarity/quality.
AS ALWAYS REMEMBER IF YOU HAVE PIC IDEAS, OR GOOD PANDA PICS, PLEASE SUBMIT! THE MORE THE BETTER!
