Asafigow and I were just reading the Radical Dreamers Plot Summary. We noticed that Kid wants to BURY something with Lucca's friend. This may be taking it too far, but Crono couldn't be buried, as he was vaporized!!! So... What could this mean? Am I just being an idiot? Could it lead to something in the fall of Guardia?
-
What other friend did Lucca had?
Well, maybe Marle, but didn't Lucca was developing a Time Egg to revive said friend? If so, then it's Crono, who else?
-
Vaporized...? I don't think Crono was killed by Lavos again in RD...>_>
I don't know if it has any connection to the Fall of Guardia (especially since RD was created long before that cinematic and has also now been shown to be a different timeline)...

I think he refers to the only time he died.

I think in RD Guardia fell too, considering Porre was militaristic and all that. Actually, since RD was used to create Cross, it's no surprise.

I mean in CT, he was vaporized by Lavos. And yeah, I assume Porre conquered Guardia in RD also. However, I thought it may infer that Crono died during the fall of Guardia, and was buried. However, I'm definitely over analysing this...

The Fall of Guardia (if it even occured in RD's timeline) causing his death seems more likely, but in the case it's for his death to Lavos, the grave could've been done out of respect. The Frozen Flame would just be a decoration placed there to honour him.
-
The Frozen Flame was kept in a northern kingdom for generations in RD timeline, so likely the kingdom was Guardia.
After the kingdom's downfall, the Flame was passed hand to hand, and finally, Viper got it.
So if the "friend" means Crono, that'll be reasonable why Lucca wanted the Flame to be able to rest with him.
