Title: ct official song composer list?

is there anything that lists proper who composed what song(s) for chrono trigger? acc to wikipedia uematsu did 10 songs after mitsuda came down w/a stomach ulcer, and noriko matsueda's entry lists she did one song for ct, but neither says which songs were done by whom.

who composed what?

I searched through the Compendium and I didn't really pay much attention to this part...
