Title: When did this sprite pop up? (Radical Dreamers)

I was looking at stuff from Radical Dreamers because I'm trying to figure out how to draw Esmeld, when I found this sprite sheet (http://www.chronocompendium.com/images/wiki/1/1c/Radicaldreamers_encounters.png) of enemies in the game. I recognize all of them but the creepy face on the far top right. Where did that one show up?

That's the ghost seen in the catacombs in the Shea's Light scenario.

Or we say, the dungeon/underground prison cell (where you meet the Radius like old man), if translated literally.
Catacomb sounds like a place used for burial.

Damn, I never even encountered that when I played Shea's Light. What does the ghost do?

It was consumed/eaten by Lynx's sprite.
