Viper Manor is a huge mansion built to serve as the governing office of the territory of Gerzbuehle. Built from stout stone, it houses a full complement of soldiers and includes offices and residential apartments for the ruling family (including General Viper and Riddel). It was also outfitted with a stately treasury room replete with gold, a set of catacombs for interring prisoners, an ornate ballroom for formal affairs, a clock tower, and an elaborate terrace protected by a perimeter spell. In its heyday, Viper Manor was guarded by the Acacia Dragoons and prospered under the leadership of General Viper, who acquired the Frozen Flame after a northern kingdom fell (probably the Fall of Guardia).
