How to obtain:

• Guldove (Home) - Take Orlha to see Doc and her sister Tia. Orlha will be given the other half of the Sapphire Brooch, which will combine with her part to form a Blue Brooch.
• Terra Tower - Steal from Aquator (Rare).

Protection against AntiBlue and blue status effects.
