Chrono Cross

Power Spots are described in El Nido as points where the energy of the planet strongly collects or radiates. The Dragonians utilized Power Spots to forge Elements; Divine Dragon Falls is one such area. The Falls housed the creation of the Chrono Cross in 1020 A.D. It is probable that Power Spots only exist in El Nido as created by Chronopolis when FATE devised the system of Elements as a whole.
