The Grand Slam is a special tournament held on the S.S. Zelbess. Special standing with captain Fargo must be achieved to receive access. The tournament involves the battling of monsters kept by trainers; observers most likely bet on the contestants, who unleash three monsters at a time to duke it out in a central pit. Janice was a huge fan of the event, often testing the might of her own pets. When Serge defeated her, she joined his party in search of stronger specimens.
